Delete your PixieCV account
You can delete your account at any time, in the app or on the website.
Before you delete
Unused credits will be lost. If you want a refund under your 14-day withdrawal right, request it before deleting your account.
Delete it yourself in Settings
- Sign in to PixieCV and open Settings.
- In “Your data”, choose “Delete my account”.
- Type DELETE to confirm. If you last signed in more than 10 minutes ago, you will be asked to sign in again first.
- Any active subscription is cancelled immediately, then your account is deleted.

Deleted immediately
- Your career profile, work history, education, skills and other profile details
- Your CVs, cover letters, job matches, applications and interview preparation
- Uploaded documents, certificates and your profile photo
- Your credit balance and credit history
- Your sign-in and account
Kept for tax and accounting law
French and EU law require us to keep some records for 10 years. They are no longer linked to an account; they keep only your email address and payment customer reference so they can be matched for refunds and tax:
- Invoices and purchase records
- Checkout consent records (your agreement to immediate access)
- Withdrawal and refund requests
After 10 years these records are deleted.
